AMAZING PERFORMANCES!!
I viewed this performance on a PBS Special that aired on 9/21/12 on T.V.
From the beginning to the end this 2-hour spectacular contains some of
the most wonderful singers and performers you can ever expect. The show
was absolutely wonderful, and I want to be one of the first to order this
amazing DVD. You will not be disappointed!
GREAT! But...
This is wonderful. However, why is the second verse cut out of Jennifer Hudson's "First Time Ever I Saw Your Face"? It was aired on TV and was BEAUTIFUL, showcasing her lower range. I don't understand the decision to edit this...especially because this particular song builds from one verse to the next.
The DVD is high quality, and the concert is great. Just some poor editing choices.
Great Program
The vast array of music was lovely and now is able to be repeated. The service and product were excellent.
